The Joe Barnhart Bee County Library is located in downtown Beeville, directly across the street from the Bee County Courthouse on the corner of Corpus Christi and Washington Streets. The town of Beeville sits in the center of Bee County, at the junction of US Highway 59, which runs generally east to west, and US Highway 181, which runs generally north to south.

From I-37/George West:
Take Exit 56 from I-37 and travel east 19 miles to Beeville on Hwy 59. As you enter Beeville from the west, Hwy 59 will be renamed Corpus Christi St. At the courthouse, turn left on Washington St. to approach the front of the Library.

From Goliad/Victoria:
Enter Beeville from the east on Hwy 59. From the east, Hwy 59 is renamed Houston St. as it passes underneath Hwy 181 and into Beeville. Follow Houston St. towards the courthouse, then turn right on Washington St. to approach the front of the Library.

From San Antonio/Kenedy/Karnes City:
Approach Beeville from the north on Hwy 181. Exit at Hwy 59, and turn right. From the east, Hwy 59 is renamed Houston St. as it passes underneath Hwy 181 and into Beeville. Follow Houston St. west towards the courthouse, then turn right on Washington St. to approach the front of the Library.

From Corpus Christi/Sinton/Skidmore:
Approach Beeville from the south on Hwy 181. Exit at Hwy 59, and turn left. From the east, Hwy 59 is renamed Houston St. as it passes underneath Hwy 181 and into Beeville. Follow Houston St. west towards the courthouse, then turn right on Washington St. to approach the front of the Library.
